Join Kyna in the morning as she guides you through a connected journey through a gentle vinyasa flow with alignment cues. It's never the same and always geared towards the students In the room; a multi level flow designed to meet a variety of students at any level of practice

Cancellation Policy

Unlimited Membership holders will not be charged for signing up and needing to miss a class. We do request that you try to cancel your class within 1 hour of the start time. Limited Members and class pack holders will be charge 1 class from their class punch cards if they do not cancel 8 hours before the class has started.
