Service Description

Reconnect with your body and mind with our Gentle Flow yoga class at Sankalpa Bhogah. This slow vinyasa-style class incorporates gentle holds and longer pauses, allowing you to mindfully move into asanas using props. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this practice will guide you in finding balance and peace within yourself.

Cancellation Policy

Unlimited Membership holders will not be charged for signing up and needing to miss a class. We do request that you try to cancel your class within 1 hour of the start time. Limited Members and class pack holders will be charge 1 class from their class punch cards if they do not cancel 8 hours before the class has started.
