Join us at Sankalpa Bhogah for an invigorating and rejuvenating Ashtanga yoga class. This traditional practice focuses on synchronized breath and movement to create a powerful internal heat, detoxifying the muscles and organs. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

Cancellation Policy

Unlimited Membership holders will not be charged for signing up and needing to miss a class. We do request that you try to cancel your class within 1 hour of the start time. Limited Members and class pack holders will be charge 1 class from their class punch cards if they do not cancel 8 hours before the class has started.
