Cancellation Policy

**Children's Yoga Classes Policy** 1. **Booking and Attendance** - All children's yoga classes must be booked at least 12 hours before the class start time. - Once booked, classes are charged regardless of attendance. No refunds will be issued. 2. **Parental Attendance** - A parent is encouraged to either join the class or wait in the lobby or coffee shop but must remain on-site. - For children with an attending parent, the parent will be charged at the discounted children's class drop-in rate. - Families with two or more children are required to stay and will be charged the discounted drop-in rate for afternoon family and children's yoga classes. - Families with three or more children are required to have a parent attend and wait in the yoga room in case of an emergency. 3. **Waivers and Safety** - Waivers must be signed annually for each child. - We are committed to ensuring the safety of all children; however, we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur. Children are naturally energetic and may socialize and become rowdy at times. By following these guidelines, we aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Namaste,
