Unlimited Monthly Memberships

**Rate** $100/month with a 3-month minimum commitment. Rates are subject to change based on business needs

**Benefits**5% discount on regular-priced products and services.

**Sign-Up Policy** We do not prorate. All membership charges apply immediately upon sign-up with autopayment required. SEE MEMBERSHIP POLICY

1. **Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable**

- All unlimited membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between different members' accounts.

2. **Class Cancellations and No Shows**

- If a class is cancelled by the member, a 8-hour notice is requested but not required for founding membership holders and unlimited monthly membership holders.

3. **Freeze Policy**

- Members may request to freeze their membership once during the membership term for up to (1) one month. A written request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the desired start date of the freeze and can only be requested one time per year from the start of your membership purchase.

- If returning before the freeze, you will not be able to re-freeze your membership for the amount of days you did not use. A written request must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the desired start date of the freeze.

-If your account is due to be charged within 15 days of your request for your next months billing cycle, it will be charged, and your freeze will start on the 16th day of the request

4. **CC Processing fees/ Taxes/ Additional Charges**

- All Memberships, class cards, products, classes, drop ins purchases, workshops, and events are subject to tax and cc processing fees that will be charged to the purchaser/ customer. CC processing fees are subject to change at any time for any reason and may differ based on the amount charged or the processing company

**Cancellation Policy **

- Members must submit a written cancellation request 15 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. We do not Pro-Rate or Refund. Cancellation results in forfeiture of the discounted rate (including the standard membership policy guidelines) and inability to rejoin at the founding membership level. Founding Membership Benefits

- Exclusive access to pre-opening classes.

- Priority booking and the ability to pre-book classes before the schedule is publicly released.

- Unlimited class access.

- A 5% discount on regular-priced products and workshops

- A 10% discount on massage services.

- Minimum 3-month active membership required, starting June 1, 2024.

-Founding Members will not receive any rate increase until June 1st, 2027as long as there is no lapse in payment between June 1st 2024 and June 1st, 2027

As a founding member you are privy to enjoy exclusive benefits and an $85 monthly rate guaranteed not to increase for 3 years as long as there is never a lapse in payment. Founding Memberships Application Process (Deadline expired) One-time $85 founding membership rate is charged at the time of sign-up. - Automatic monthly debits for all founding members start June 1st, 2024. - Benefits include founding members only classes prior to opening, exclusive access to pre-book prior to the schedule release, unlimited classes, priority booking, and more. - Minimum 3-month minimum active membership required starts June 1st 2024. - 5% discount on regular-priced products and ALL fee-based workshops - 10% discount on massage services. Commitment 3-month minimum commitment with continuous autopayment. - Cancellation Policy: Written request 15 days prior to scheduled debit to avoid charges. If you choose to cancel your founder’s membership, you will no longer qualify for the founding members discounts and you will not be eligible to restart your membership at the founding membership cost / level. Payment and Membership Policies

Commitment: • Membership requires a minimum commitment of three months with continuous autopayment. Cancellation Policy: • To cancel your membership, a written request must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the scheduled debit to avoid charges. • Upon cancellation, you forfeit access to member discounts and cannot restart your membership for a period of three months. Pro-Rating Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships: • We do not pro-rate months. If you sign up for an unlimited monthly membership you will be charged at that time for that current month and your Unlimited Monthly Membership will begin. • We do not offer refunds. If you sign up for an unlimited monthly membership you will be charged at that time for that current month and the total of 3 months for your Unlimited Monthly Membership. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for signing up for an unlimited Memberships, Founders Memberships, Military Memberships, Teacher/ Dance Mom Memberships and all other specialty membership and class options within our facility. Included in this policy are the payment policies for our POS, retail and in house purchases, Workshops, Events Teacher Trainings, Specialty classes and anything else pertaining to purchases made on site or through our linked sources for our services and products. Please review it carefully before you commit. Failure to Fulfill Minimum Commitment Policy for Unlimited Monthly Memberships At Sankalpa Bhogah Wellness Center, we are committed to providing an equitable and well-managed membership system. To maintain this, the following policy outlines the necessary steps and consequences for members who do not fulfill their 3-month minimum commitment with continuous autopayment, as initially agreed upon during their sign-up for the Unlimited Monthly Membership. Policy Overview Membership at Sankalpa Bhogah Wellness Center requires a 3-month minimum commitment with continuous autopayment. This policy supports the integrity of our operations and ensures that all members fully benefit from our wellness programs. Failure to Pay 1. Initial Payment Failure: - If autopayment fails due to insufficient funds or credit card issues, the member will be notified immediately to resolve the payment within 24 hours. - Membership benefits will be suspended temporarily until the payment issue is resolved. 2. Consecutive Payment Failure: - Upon a second consecutive payment failure, the member will be notified, a late fee of $25 will be applied, and the member will have an additional 72 hours to settle the payment. - Continuous failure to resolve the payment will lead to permanent suspension of membership benefits and cancellation of the membership. 3. Collection Process: - Unresolved payments after consecutive notifications may lead to the account being forwarded to a collections agency to recover the unpaid dues for the remaining commitment period. - Members are responsible for any additional fees associated with the collection process, including collection agency fees, reasonable attorney’s fees, and court costs. Charges for Classes Taken - All Classes will be charged at the time of sign up. We do not offer refunds. If the class is cancelled with 24 hours notice, a credit to take another regularly scheduled will be applied to your account. This policy does not apply to event ticket purchases All Event tickets are non-refundable and will be charged at the time of sign up. We do not offer refunds or class credit. You can sell your ticket to another member or gift your ticket, but we are not responsible for re-selling your ticket - If your membership is cancelled prior to fulfilling the 3-month commitment due to payment failures or any other reason, the member will be charged at the regular class drop-in rate for all classes attended since the original registration date and/or the amount due to satisfy the 3-month minimum membership commitment plus all late fees and administrative fees Reinstatement - Members whose memberships have been cancelled due to non-payment will not be eligible to restart their membership for a period of six months from the cancellation date. - To be reinstated, former members must clear any outstanding balances and agree to the current membership rates applicable at the time of rejoining. Cancellation Policy Reminder - To cancel their membership, members must submit a written request at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled debit to avoid future charges and fees. - Upon approved cancellation, members forfeit access to any promotional or discounted rates and cannot restart their membership for three months from the date of cancellation. - We do not refund class packages or pre-purchased memberships or classes Pro-Rating Policy Clarification - We do not pro-rate months, as this policy ensures fairness and simplicity in managing memberships and promotes full-month participation to maximize member benefits.
